Milton Keynes Gardening Show 16th – 18th May

We’re at the MK Gardening Show at Middleton Hall, Central Milton Keynes

Friday 16th May to Sunday 18th May 2014

Open Friday 9.30am-8pm, Saturday 9am-6pm, Sunday 11am-5pm

The show is full of ideas and on display will be  lots of plants, pots, sheds, mowers, fencing, shredders, garden centre-mk-150x80furniture of all types from the modern to the traditional, to the unusual, ornaments, paving and patios, driveways, conservatories, water features, driveway cleaning, gazebos, umbrellas, lawn treatments, garden design, garden accessories, lighting – you name it – it’s there.

Camera … and action!!

Newton Longville school video 003Newton Longville CofE Primary School  making a promtional video for their video entry in the WAVE competition [Wycompbe Advertising Video for Enterprise].

This competition, supported by Bucks New University and the Federation of Small Businesses, is for schools in Buckinghamshire to make short advertising videos for local businesses.

All of us at Potash Nursery, including Lily the dog, were very pleased to be able to help and take part.

Linslade Canal Festival Saturday 28th July

This FREE community event is located in one of the Leighton Buzzard and Linslade’s most picturesque green spaces with easy access to the Grand Union Canal.

The event focuses on the arts & crafts,  showcasing traditional rural craft skills, such as lace, trug, basket and bee skep making. Watch craftsmen creating besom brooms, love spoons and wooden buckets as well as visiting over one hundred stalls a diverse selection of products from carved wooden items, plants, knitwear,  glassware & jewellery.
